Facebook Custom Audiences

Calendly
On our website, we use Calendly, an appointment scheduling and organization tool. This allows our users to quickly and easily choose a suitable appointment. The use of Calendly improves our service for existing and new customers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. When using Calendly, your name, e-mail address, company and, if applicable, your telephone number will be requested. The processing of your entered data is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO).
Calendly also processes the data in the USA, among other places. We would like to point out that the legal situation regarding data processing in the USA is currently uncertain overall. In 2020, the European Court of Justice ruled that the “Privacy Shield” used to date is no longer sufficient and ineffective. A new agreement is currently still being sought.
Calendly offers users a Data Processing Addendum. This corresponds to a contract for order processing. Calendly commits itself in the Data Processing Addendum to protect the user data and not to pass it on to third parties.

External fonts, Google Fonts, are used on these Internet pages. Google Fonts is a service of Google Inc. (“Google”). We use the most common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in connection with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. As a rule, this is a 256-bit encryption.
