2. COLLECTION AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA, TYPE, AND PURPOSE OF USE

(a) visit to the website

When you call up our website, the data used on your end device will be displayed as the Browser automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file and stored until automated deletion. This is the IP address of the requesting computer with the date and time of access, as well as the name and URL of the retrieved file and the URL of the website from which the access is made. In addition, the browser used, the operating system of your computer and the name of the respective access provider are identified. 

The purpose of processing the above-mentioned data is to ensure that the website is set up smoothly for optimum use of our Internet offering and to evaluate system security and stability. The data is also used for administrative purposes.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our justified interest follows from the purposes listed above for the collection of data. We offer you the opportunity to contact us via a form provided on the website. A valid e-mail address must be provided in order to be able to answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily. Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO on the basis of your voluntary consent. The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after you have completed your request.

3. DATA SHARING

Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We only pass on your personal data to third parties, 

• if you have given your express consent to this pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO,
• if the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO is necessary for the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims and there is no reason for acceptance,
• that you have an overriding legitimate interest in the non-disclosure of your data,
• if there is a legal obligation to pass on data pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO, 
• to the extent permitted by law and required for the execution of contractual relationships with you pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. B DSGVO. 

4. COOKIES

To optimize the user-friendliness of our website, we use cookies on our pages. These are small files that are automatically created by the browser and stored on the respective end device when a website is visited. Information is stored in the cookie that is related to the specific end device used. We use so-called session cookies to recognize that you have already visited individual pages of our website. These are automatically deleted after you leave our site. In addition, we use temporary cookies that are stored on your end device for a certain specified period of time. Tracking-Tools

The tracking measures listed below and used by us are carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO as legitimate interests. On the one hand, these tracking measures aim at a continuously optimized design of our Internet pages. On the other hand, the tracking measures serve the statistical recording and evaluation of the use of our website. This data is used to optimize our offer. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc., for the purpose of tailoring our pages to meet your needs and continuously optimizing them. Facebook Custom Audiences

We use the remarketing service Custom Audiences from Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA, on our website to inform users about our products. When visiting our website, a tracking pixel created on Facebook and the use of a cookie establishes a connection between the user's browser and the Facebook server. Facebook receives the information that the user has visited our website with his IP address. Facebook can thus assign the visit to our pages to the respective user account. We can use the information generated in this way to display Facebook advertising. Calendly

On our website, we use Calendly, an appointment scheduling and organization tool. This allows our users to quickly and easily choose a suitable appointment. The use of Calendly improves our service for existing and new customers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If you do not agree with this, please feel free to make an appointment via email or phone.

When using Calendly, your name, e-mail address, company and, if applicable, your telephone number will be requested. The processing of your entered data is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO).

Calendly also processes the data in the USA, among other places. We would like to point out that the legal situation regarding data processing in the USA is currently uncertain overall. In 2020, the European Court of Justice ruled that the “Privacy Shield” used to date is no longer sufficient and ineffective. A new agreement is currently still being sought.

Calendly offers users a Data Processing Addendum. This corresponds to a contract for order processing. Calendly commits itself in the Data Processing Addendum to protect the user data and not to pass it on to third parties.

6. USE OF WEBFONTS

External fonts, Google Fonts, are used on these Internet pages. Google Fonts is a service of Google Inc. (“Google”). These web fonts are integrated via a server call, usually a Google server in the USA. This will tell the server which of our Internet pages you have visited. The IP address of the browser of the terminal device of the visitor to these Internet pages is also stored by Google. 7. SOCIAL MEDIA PLUG-INS

We use social plug-ins from Facebook for advertising purposes on our website on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO. This is to be regarded as a legitimate interest within the meaning of the DSGVO. Responsibility for data protection-compliant operation is to be guaranteed by the respective provider. The integration of these plug-ins by us takes place by means of the so-called two-click method in order to protect visitors to our website in the best possible way.

Social media plug-ins from Facebook are used on our website to make their use more personal. For this, we use the “LIKE” or “SHARE” button. This is an offer from Facebook. If you call up a page on our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from Facebook to your browser, which integrates it into the website. By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that your browser has called the corresponding page of our website, even if you are not a Facebook user.

• To request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO. In particular, you may request information on the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right of rectification, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of complaint, the origin of your data, unless it has been collected from us, as well as the existence of an automated decision-making process including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information on its details;
• In accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO to immediately request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us;
• To demand the deletion of your personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO, unless processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfil a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
• To demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO if the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse its deletion, and we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO;
• In accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO, to receive your personal data which you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request transmission to another responsible person;
• In accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 DSGVO to revoke your consent once given to us at any time. The consequence of this is that we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent in the future.
• To complain to a supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 DSGVO. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority at your usual place of residence or workplace or at our company headquarters.

9. RIGHT OF OBJECTION

If your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO if there are reasons for doing so, which result from your particular situation or which contradict direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which will be implemented by us without stating a particular situation.

10. DATA SECURITY

We use the most common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in connection with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. As a rule, this is a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed representation of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.

Finally, we would like to point out that the protection of data against access by third parties is not guaranteed when data is transferred via the Internet. Any liability on our part for damages or injunctive relief resulting from such security gaps is excluded.
